CAPO VIESTE covers an area of about 65.000 m2 and is located right on the coastline next to a fine sandy beach sloping into the sea, and northwards a characteristic rocky face and the small island of La Chianca. The estate is about 8 km from the town of Vieste. The holiday village is entirely within a woodland area which is surrounded by the splendid natural scenery of the Gargano National Park. Cottages of good quality finish, hot water bath facility with use of kitchen or hotel style arrangement. Mobile homes with kitchenette, toilet facilities with hot water, outside veranda which is under cover and fully equipped. Also bungalows (1, 2 or 3 rooms) with bathroom, equipped kitchenette, outside covered veranda with table and chairs, and 350 camping sites in the shade with central toilet facilities and hot water (and meeting needs of handicapped persons). Residents are offered use of the restaurant and pizzeria near the beach, a supermarket selling fresh fruit, vegetables, meat & cheeses etc. and newspapers, tennis court, beach facilities and bar with terrace facing the sea, sailing school, wind and kite surfing, organised animation. On the coast of the Gargano, although the presence of the sea tends to prevail there are many other interesting places to visit. Organised animation for adults and children with weekly programmes, including mountain bike and trekking excursions. As well as enjoying a pleasantly comfortable holiday with open air sports facilities, visitors are also able to discover the historical background of the Gargano area!
