Camping Baia Calenella

Vico del Gargano is a former capital of Frederic II. It is situated very close to the famous Foresta Umbra (ca. 11 .000 ha), a well kept National Park with facilities for picnics, biking and horseriding. Vico del Gargano offers various cultural programs, such as theaters and concerts during the summer. Baia di Calenella is the only Seaside Resort of Vico del Gargano. Baia Calenella is managed personally by its owners, the Bezzis, assuring the quiet and kind atmosphere it is well known for. The Resort offers a Bar/Restaurant on the seashore, with good quality dishes at a very convenient price, as well as a Mini-Market. Baia Calenella offers 30 bungalows and 100 units for campers (incl. adequate facilities), mostly set under pine and eucalyptus trees. The sandy beach and the turquoise sea are clean and well kept, a private beach is reserved for residents.
